How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom or complex orders (like Build-A-Flexi designs) may take a touch longer — we’ll keep you in the loop. We print to order, so there’s no shelf dust involved.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re working on it. Right now we ship within the US. If you’re overseas and you really want a flexi, shoot us a message — we’ll see what we can do.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. We don’t markup shipping — you pay what the carrier charges, nothing more.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. If it doesn’t show up in your inbox, check your spam folder first, then hit us up.
What's the Build-A-Flexi configurator?
It’s our custom flexi designer tool. You pick the size, style, and colors — then hit “Create Order” inside the tool and we handle the rest. No emails back and forth, no waiting for a quote on standard orders.
What is the Build-A-Flexi sizing, what is scale?
Measurements vary depending on the specific model and number of body segments selected. Below are estimates for a standard 1-segment Flexi (including head and tail).
Large (100% Scale) — The Showstopper
- Dimensions: Approx. 7" L x 3.5" W x 2" H
- Best For: Display shelves, desk pets, and maximum "clack" sound.
Medium (50% Scale) — The Standard
- Dimensions: Approx. 3.5" L x 1.5" W x 1" H
- Best For: General play and most common collection size.
Mini (35% Scale) — The Pocket Companion
- Dimensions: Approx. 2.5" L x 1" W x 0.75" H
- Best For: Sensory/fidget toys, keychains, or travel buddies.
How many colors can I use in a design?
Up to 4 colors for automated ordering. More than that and our system taps out — but you can request a custom quote and we’ll sort you out manually.
Can I order more than one flexi?
Absolutely. You can adjust quantities in the cart. Or design a few different ones and add them one by one — each goes into the cart and we’ll print them all in one batch if possible.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — orders of 10+ get 15% off, 25–49 get 20% off, and 50+ qualifies for custom pricing. Reach out if you need a quote for a bigger run.
What are flexis made from?
Our articulated friends are crafted using PLA (Polylactic Acid), a high-quality thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugar cane. Not only is it more environmentally friendly than traditional plastics, but it also allows for incredible detail and a smooth, premium finish. It’s lightweight, sturdy, and perfect for the constant movement of a desk-side companion.
Are the colors exactly like the photos?
Pretty close. Filament colors can vary slightly between batches, and monitor calibration is a thing. We do our best to keep it accurate — if it’s wildly off, let us know.
Can I request a custom color?
For standard products, we print in the colors listed. For custom orders, reach out and we’ll tell you what we have in stock.
Are your products safe for kids?
The materials we use are non-toxic and phthalate-free. That said, small parts and flexible designs aren’t ideal for very young kids — use your judgment.
What's your return policy?
We will accept returns in 14 days of delivery for non-customized products. Anything that is custom, we do not accept returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping. But if something arrives damaged, broken, or wrong — we’ll make it right. Send us a photo and we’ll sort it out fast.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That’s on us. Take a photo of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll reprint and reship at no cost.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not for made-to-order items (they’re literally made for you). For defective or incorrect items, yes — we’ll fix it.
How durable are these things?
Our products are designed to be sturdy, tactile fidget toys and display pieces. They are built to withstand plenty of "clacking," posing, and general handling. However, because they are made of many small interlocking 3D-printed parts, they aren't "unbreakable."
Think of them like a model collectible: they handle regular play and desk-fidgeting with ease, but they may not survive a high-altitude drop onto a hard floor or very rough "tug-of-war" play. The smaller the scale (like our Mini Flexi%), the more delicate the joints become!
Are they waterproof?
The "Suds" Rule: If your Flexi gets a little dusty or sticky, a quick rinse in the sink with mild soap and cool water is perfectly fine!
The "Soak" Rule: We don't recommend leaving them in standing water (like a pool or a bath) for long periods. If water gets trapped inside the hollow infill or the tight joints, it can be difficult to dry out and may affect the "clackiness" of the movement.
Drying: After a wash, just give it a good shake to clear the joints and pat it dry with a towel.

How do I clean my flexi?
Mild soap and warm water, soft cloth. No harsh chemicals, no dishwasher, no microwave. (Yes, someone has tried.)
